You are responsible for:

Deposits:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether planned or unplanned.

In the event of a verified technical fault that directly and demonstrably caused an incorrect game or betting outcome, gobet88's liability shall be limited to refunding the original stake placed in the affected round.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting gobet88 customer support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure and refund any remaining Real Money Funds balance to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Termination by gobet88: gobet88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with immediate effect, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request under the responsible gambling programme.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal requirement.

Where gobet88 closes an Account due to User breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided. Real Money Funds will be returned, net of any amounts subject to fraud investigation, following completion of required compliance checks.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gobet88 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
